NON-SPORTING BREEDS
Judith V. Daniels, of Acton, California, was AKC president from March 1995 to 1996. She joined the AKC in March 1994, was named executive vice president in July 1994, and served the AKC as a board member, delegate, and licensed judge. She is the AKC delegate from the Mount Baker (Washington) Kennel Club.

Mrs. Daniels began in dogs in 1968 with a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and went on to become owner-handler of the first BIS in the breed. She has owner-handled more than 30 Staffordshire Bull Terrier champions.

Mrs. Daniels is a founding member of the Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club and is approved to judge all terriers and Toy Manchester Terriers.

Before joining the AKC, Mrs. Daniels was Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Daniels Engraving Company, Inc., a West Coast manufacturing company.

A graduate of Kansas State University, Mrs. Daniels holds an MBA in finance from the University of Phoenix. She and her husband, William, split their time between residences in New York and Los Angeles.
